As Chief Business Officer at Rho, he oversaw the company's overall revenue and growth efforts. During Jai's tenure, the company doubled its revenue in less than a year. Prior to Rho, Jai also served as the co-founder and CEO of Hydrant, further cementing his reputation for transformative leadership. Before his foray into entrepreneurship, Jai contributed his expertise to top-tier investment and consulting firms, including McKinsey, Cerberus Capital Management, and Accretive LLC. When necessary, Jai takes on interim CRO or President roles within portfolio companies to drive value.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jai holds an MBA from Wharton and completed his undergraduate studies in business at George Washington University.
